Parties and Large Group Regulations
Information
- Property owners who plan to have a group of 11 to 25 people, must be pre-registered with our Group/Party Coordinator.
- (This is required by CTTA’s insurance policy provider).
- (Note: Groups include children and members of the Property Owner’s household).
- Please understand that our beach cannot accommodate groups of larger than 25 people.
- A CTTA Party Contract must be signed and include a $100 refundable deposit.
- A Special Event Insurance policy is also required with CTTA named as the co-insured. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- The following are some options to obtain party insurance:

- Large groups and parties will not be scheduled for:
- Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday – Monday)
- Independence Day (July 4th, and Saturday and Sunday if it falls on a Friday or Monday)
- Labor Day Weekend (Saturday – Monday).
- Available dates can be found on the Events tab on the CTTA Facebook Page. (The direct link to the Facebook page can be found at the bottom of this page).
- Please remember that a CTTA member in good standing, with all dues and fees current, and a valid photo ID badge must always be present during the party and is responsible for guest conduct. In order to mitigate any risk of embarrassment and/or incidents, please inform all guests of beach and dock rules.
- Parking in the CTTA lot is available only to those with a valid parking tag.
- All trash must be removed from the property if it does not fit in the trash bins provided on the beach.
- All personal items must be removed, and furniture placed back in its original position upon leaving.
